Grab your sunglasses (and maybe 5 € for a coffee), because we’re off to Aix-en-Provence, a city where every street looks like a postcard and the sun refuses to take a day off.
Meet Léonie, currently pursuing an MSc in International Business at the IAE Graduate School of Management. She’s been living in Aix for a year now, after trading the energy of Marseille for the city’s refined charm.
What makes Aix special? Its warm, vibrant atmosphere, where even in December, terraces stay full and everything is within walking distance. Small in size but full of life, Aix offers Léonie the perfect blend of sunshine, student energy, and everyday beauty.
Here, studying feels a little lighter, and life a little brighter. You can reach Léonie at: leonie.csta@gmail.com

On a typical day, I wake up around 7 and have breakfast — usually an English muffin with Philadelphia. Then I walk to the pick-up point for my carpool. The route takes you through beautiful nature and a cosy little city.

I usually get to class around 8:30, have lunch at the IAE between 12 and 1 (after fighting for a spot in the cafeteria), finish classes around 3:30, carpool back, and then hit the gym. By 7 PM we always find an excuse to grab a drink on a terrace, since we all live so close to each other. Sometimes we go for a walk or have a cosy dinner instead.
